About
Hi!
Glad you’re here. My name is Dr. Bertram Schaedle. I’m a photographer and the founder of Momentum Photography. I originally come from the Allgaeu region, and I’ve lived and worked here in Tuebingen since 1994. More precisely: in Tuebingen’s wild west.
A doctorate in photography? Nope!
I’m a specialist in anesthesiology. Alongside photography, I spent many years working in hospitals and as an emergency physician. That’s why I know healthcare and the people who work in it not just through my camera, but from a doctor’s perspective too.
Momentum Photography since 2007.
Since 2007, I’ve been photographing people, brands, products and companies professionally – including all kinds of healthcare projects. A lot has come together over the years. What you see here is only a small selection of my work. The tip of the iceberg.
Photo first. AI second.
You won’t find AI-generated people or product photographs on this website. The people and products you see were actually photographed. I do use AI for retouching, image enhancements and sometimes new backgrounds. But I start with a camera, not a prompt.
Close to Result.
I plan my shoots carefully, while leaving space for spontaneous ideas. My goal is to get the lighting, perspective and composition as close to the final result as possible during the shoot – not just on a screen afterwards.
Team.
Great photography is a team effort. Many productions simply wouldn’t be possible without the right people by my side. That’s why I put together a team of experienced freelancers for each project – from photo assistants and digital operators to make-up artists, fashion stylists, food stylists and other specialists. A flexible crew, tailored to what each shoot really needs.
Enjoy looking around. And if you have an idea in mind, get in touch!
